Services and Activities

Our CARES Team will work with you in person, via telephone, email or ZOOM Communications to support you on your self-directed recovery journey, assess your recovery capital and assist with skill building, goal setting, problem-solving,  building recovery tools and recovery resource linkages. 

Our CARES Team will meet with you individually or in a group, in person, via telephone or ZOOM communications to assist with resume preparation, interviewing skills, job skills inventory, etc. in order to equip you with the practical and professional skills needed to increase the likelihood of employment.

Our CARES Team will schedule enjoyable social/recreational activities monthly that you can participate in with other peers such as hikes, group exercise, game nights, movie nights, social outings, etc. 

Our CARES Team will work with you individually to create an educational goal such as enrolling in GED Classes or tutoring, applying to college or a certification program.    

Our CARES Team is available to provide support and resources to families of someone in or seeking recovery.

OUR CARES Team is available to work with you on finding safe living conditions by exploring housing options and assisting with completing applications.  

Our CARES Team will connect you with transportation resources to assist you with obtaining housing, employment and other supports that aid in maintaining recovery.

Our CARES Team provides monthly artistic events or outings that serve as supportive outlets for recovery and empowerment such as music, art, dance, theater, etc.

Our CARES Team will support continued recovery by inviting you to volunteer with us in serving the community. 

Our CARES Team will facilitate quarterly training designed to encourage long term recovery such as Recovery Messaging Training, Science of Addiction Recovery (SOAR), Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), Mental Health First Aid, and other trainings surrounding recovery.
